Registration Requirements
Vessels of any size and type may be registered in the

by citizens of other Member States (EU/EEA) with a representative in Cyprus. Corporations owning one
hundred percent of the shares will qualify if
duly registered in Cyprus and in compliance with all registry requirements.
Recording Methods
Mortgages are available for yachts registered under the Cyprus
flag for the purpose of securing a loan or other financial obligations agreed to by the parties.
