Service of Transports.
There are no yearly taxes or expenses on registered yachts, except
for a one time tax when registering.
Belgium is a country in Western Europe and officially known as the Kingdom of Belgium. It is bordered by the Netherlands to the north,
Germany to the east, Luxembourg to the southeast, France to the southwest, and the North Sea to the northwest. The primary languages
in Belgium are Dutch, German, and French.
Registration Office
The yacht registrar in Belgium has offices in Antwerp, Brussels, Gent and Oostende.
Registration Requirements
Pleasure yachts up to maximum of 24 meters are eligible
for the Belgian registry.
Registration under Belgium flag is only available to a citizen, resident or a company in Belgium that is at
least 50% owner of the vessel.
